Vege Pipa Duck
Ingredients
2 pieces | Vege. Roasted Duck |
1/2 tsp | Five Spice Powder |
100g | Vege. Seafood Sauce |
3 slices | Ginger |
1tsp | Toasted White Sesame Seeds |
Sauce
100g | Tomato Sauce |
100g | Chili Sauce |
1/2 tsp | Five Spice Powder |
150g | Rock Sugar |
200ml | Water |
Method
1. Heat up 100ml of oil, stir fry ginger and vege. Seafood sauce till fragrant.
2. Add in sauce and bring to boil, set aside.
3. Rub Vege. Roasted Duck with five spice powder, and marinate 30 minutes, and then deep fry till crispy.
4. Remove the Vege. Roasted Duck and cut into slices. Drizzle the top with cooked sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Serve.
