Three-cup Vege. Braised Roll
Ingredients
5 pcs | Vege. Braised Roll |
300g | Eggplant |
1 pcs | Fresh Red Chili |
150g | Basil Leaves |
2tbsp | Sesame Oil |
1tbsp | Light Soy Sauce |
Method
1. Vege. braised roll and fresh red chili cut into pieces, eggplant cut into diced and set aside.
2. Heat up sesame oil in a pan, stir fry red chili until fragrant, then add in vege braised roll stir fry again for a while.
3. Add in light soy sauce, eggplant and basil leave to have a quick cook. Serve.
