Char Siow Sauce
|5tbsp||Minced Bean Paste|
|5tbsp||Light Soy Sauce|
|1tbsp||Dark Soy Sauce|
|Adequate||Corn Flour Solution (for thickening)|
1. Deep fry HK Char Siow in hot oil until golden brown, remove and drain. Cut into slices or pieces.
2. Cucumber, carrot and potato cut into pieces and boiled, to string up HK Char Siow with bamboo sticks to be skewers.
3. Heat up oil in a pan, stir fry minced bean paste till fragrant, then place in other ingredients, bring to a boil and thicken the gravy with corn flour solution.
4. Spread sauce on the skewers and serve.
